Another one of those days...

Hi!  I finally fell for the hype and created this blog.  I like to have something that I can talk about my favorite subject..me!  With all the conceited comments aside, where do I begin?  Well let's start with today and a description of where I am right now.  Well...I am in my eighth month of 29-dom and see the big 3-0 getting closer and closer.  Not that I am complaining about that.  Ever since my 12th grade Eng Lit. teacher proclaimed the 30s as "the best years" I have anxiously awaited for that special day.  From a young age, I always knew I was "special".  I felt often alone (one part being I was an only child) and different...really different.  My thoughts didn't go along with my peers thoughts...and God forbid you don't think like your peers.  Total ALIENATION!  But I can't say that I had a bad childhood, teenage life, or even young adult life.  I had my share of fun and friends as well as my share of let downs and put downs.  But I digress...so let's fast forward back to the eighth month of 29 years old.  Here is what has happened so far...well, I lost 22 lbs and hoping for more, decided to become a vegan/vegetarian/somedays flexitarian, and no longer hold in my thoughts when I feel that gain will certainly come from just the meer utterance from my mouth.  In the days to come, I hope I can share that with you...my new found friends...or at least nosey people...lol.
